How to Request a Refund

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We'll provide return shipping instructions
- Ship products back in original packaging
Refund Processing
- Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after we receive returned items
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless product is defective)
- Customer pays return shipping costs (unless product is defective)
- Refunds issued to original payment method
Non-Refundable Items

- Products damaged by misuse
- Products returned after 30 days
Exchanges
We currently don't offer direct exchanges. Please return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:

- Include photos of the damaged product
- We'll provide a prepaid return label
